Hotel Linen Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell hotel linen products (such as bed sheets, towels, pillow covers, duvets, uniforms, etc.) to hotels, resorts, guest houses, and other hospitality clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory. Residential of Delhi NCR - ( Delhi, Noida, Gurugram )

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients in the hospitality sector (hotels, resorts, guest houses, hospitals, etc.).
• Conduct field visits and meetings with decision-makers (purchase managers, housekeeping heads, general managers).
• Present and demonstrate linen product range, explaining specifications, fabric quality, and customization options.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and excellent service.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with the production/supply team to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
• Keep records of client interactions, orders, and feedback using CRM tools or sales reports.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in textile, linen, or hospitality supply industry.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations and linen requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned area.
• Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM software.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Textile Management, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
