TGI Hotels & Resorts is a fast-growing hospitality group known for warm hospitality, well-appointed rooms, and excellent service standards across India. We are currently hiring for a Hotel Operations Manager (Unit Head) to lead one of our flagship 3-star hotels in Bangalore South with 36 keys.

Position Details:

• Designation: Hotel Operations Manager – Unit Head
• Property Size: 36 Keys | 3-Star Facilities
• Reporting To: Cluster General Manager
• Location: Bangalore South
• Salary: ₹50,000/month + Performance Incentives
• Notice Period: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred
• Preferred Background: Front Office Operations

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Full responsibility for daily hotel operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Engineering
• Drive guest satisfaction, staff performance, and compliance to brand standards
• Achieve revenue targets through occupancy and ARR management in coordination with Sales & OTA teams
• Lead the team with strong on-ground supervision and service delivery
• Manage departmental budgets, cost control, and P&L reporting
• Handle guest complaints, feedback, and online reputation
• Ensure statutory compliance, audits, hygiene, and safety

🔹 Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in hotel operations
• Strong Front Office background is a must
• Candidates currently working as Front Office Managers and aiming to move up are welcome
• Familiar with hotel PMS
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team-handling skills
• Local candidates from Bangalore South preferred
• Must be available to join on short notice
