Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Account Manager, located in Gurugram. The Hotel Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining relationships with property owners, collaborating with the operations team to ensure high standards, developing strategies to enhance guest experiences, and addressing client issues effectively. The role involves regular interaction with clients, partners, and other stakeholders to achieve company objectives.
