Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Sales Manager located in Gurugram. The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, conducting market research, and collaborating with the marketing team to promote the hotel's offerings. The Hotel Sales Manager will also oversee sales activities and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Strong B2B sales, corporate sales, key account management and MICE sales required
