Only candidates with strong Non-IT recruitment experience will be considered. Roles & Responsibilities: Handle the complete recruitment cycle for non-IT niche roles across domains like BFSI, Retail, Analytics, FMCG, Consulting, etc. Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn) and other innovative sourcing techniques. Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on job specifications and required skills. Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage candidate experience, and ensure timely closures. Build and maintain relationships with internal hiring teams and external vendors for critical mandates. Negotiate salary offers and follow up till onboarding. Track recruitment metrics and contribute to improving sourcing strategies and TAT. Ensure proper documentation, candidate feedback collection, and weekly MIS reporting.
