Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle international travel bookings, cancellations, and amendments using Amadeus and Galileo systems.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients through phone calls, emails, or chats.
Resolve client queries related to flight schedules, baggage fees, seat assignments, and other travel-related issues.
Process airline tickets for domestic and international flights while ensuring accurate pricing information is provided to customers.
Maintain a high level of accuracy when handling multiple tasks simultaneously during peak periods.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-5 years of experience in an International BPO environment with exposure to GDS (Global Distribution System) platforms like Amadeus/Galileo.
Strong knowledge of air ticketing procedures including domestic/international voice process operations.
Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
