About the Company:


Our Company is a leading provider of travel and tourism services, offering a wide range of travel options to customers all over the world. We are committed to providing an exceptional travel experience and are seeking a talented and motivated Sales Executive to join our inbound call center team.

Job Purpose:

The Inbound Sales Executive will be responsible for handling incoming calls and converting them into confirmed bookings for travel packages and services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a drive to exceed targets, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to

    inbound calls

    from customers looking to book travel packages and services.
  • Make outbound sales calls to potential clients, using a combination of scripts and personal sales techniques, to promote our travel products and services.
  • Provide information about available travel options, including destinations, prices, and promotions.
  • Convert calls into confirmed bookings by overcoming objections and closing the sale.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Generate and maintain a

    strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities to meet sales targets and KPIs.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitive offerings, and travel destinations to ensure the best possible recommendations to customers.

Education Qualifications & Experience Level:

  • Any Graduate/ Diploma from a recognized university.
  • A minimum of

    1+ years of sales

    experience, with a proven record of accomplishment of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Have prior experience in

    UK/US Sales/Service/Collections/Upselling.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using computers and software such as Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus.
