The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about communication, sales, and customer engagement. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective clients Explain our company’s IT/web services in Hindi Handle inquiries and follow up on leads Maintain accurate records of conversations and lead status Work with the sales/support team to convert leads Achieve daily/weekly call and lead targets Requirements Must be fluent in Hindi (Speaking & Understanding) Basic understanding of IT terminology (websites, hosting, domains, etc.) Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to learn quickly and follow scripts Familiarity with CRM tools or MS Excel is a plus Freshers are welcome with good communication skills!
