Job Description

We are actively hiring for HSE officer (Health, Safety & Environment officer) (Grade II)


Location: Mumbai MaladSalary: Up to 9LPA (Depends upon your interview)FUNCTIONAL Requirement:


Research and understand the specific regulations and statutory HSE compliance requirement of each region/country/state. Coordinate with SPOCs / stakeholders of other business functions like Administration, HR, IT, BCM, etc. from all offices in India for:Implementation of ISO 26000, 45001 and 14001 standard requirementsCertification in IOSH and NEBOSH would be added advantageWork closely with the HSE PoC across sites for data collation implementation of Group and TP India HSE controlsIncident management Data collation, investigation, and reporting every month.Monthly/quarterly audits for the environment data and publish the report within the set deadlines every month.HSE Internal audit findings Maintain a database with the updated status on audit findings. This database to be updated every time the audit is completed. Every month, review the database, follow up with the respective POCs as per the closure date provided and publish the report.Maintain a repository, reports to be available as and when required by the leadership.Create presentations and reports on ad hoc basis. This includes working on existing and enhancing reports for the leadership.Needs to be flexible to learn Health & Safety related topics e.g., fire extinguishers, firefighting systems, diesel generators, H&S committee, and environment data related terms i.e., electricity, fuel, water, paper and gas consumption and cost.Needs to be flexible to cater to business requirements i.e., Shift timings, movement across locations, extended working hours, outstation travel. OPERATIONAL Requirements:


Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Managing complex information and data whilst presenting it in a simple manner.Ability to interpret complex reports and narrate stories through PowerPoint to senior leadership highlighting key findings/insights.Good time-management and prioritization.Work effectively and cohesively in a team environment with all departments and foster a positive work culture.Dashboards on PowerPoint and Excel. Takes accountability of individual’s performance and improvement measures. Domain / functional expertise areas:
