Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 1015 years of progressive experience in BPO business development or enterprise sales, with 5+ years in a senior leadership capacity.
  • Deep understanding of outsourcing models and outcome based Models (onshore, offshore, nearshore), SLA/KPI structures and global delivery methodologies.
  • Proven track record of closing mid to large-scale BPO deals across geographies.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Expertise in using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data-driven decision-making.
  • Willingness to travel domestic & internationally for client engagements, industry conferences and market expansion.
