Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the luxury residential sales division for premium projects
  • Build and mentor a high-performing sales team
  • Drive sales targets and revenue growth through strategic planning
  • Develop and implement sales plans, pricing strategies, and incentive programs
  • Build strong relationships with HNI/NRI clients and channel partners
  • Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and project teams for sales enablement
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective post-sales support and service
  • Regularly review sales performance and report to senior management

Preferred candidate profile

  • 20+ years

    of experience in real estate sales (mandatory)
  • 5+ years

    experience specifically in

    luxury residential sales

  • Proven leadership in managing large sales teams and delivering results
  • In-depth knowledge of the

    Noida, Ghaziabad, and Faridabad

    real estate markets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Existing network of HNIs, NRIs, and channel partners is a strong plus
