Job Summary: We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Head of Marketing with a minimum of 15 years of experience in strategic and hands-on marketing leadership. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) marketing activities, demonstrate a proven track record of driving brand transformation , and directly contribute to sales growth through innovative marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Oversee and manage all ATL and BTL marketing initiatives across channels including print, digital, events, trade, and PR. Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team to deliver consistent results. Reposition and revitalize the company's brand image to enhance market perception and customer engagement. Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals and revenue targets. Measure and report on campaign performance, ROI, and key KPIs, using data-driven insights to optimize future initiatives. Manage budgets efficiently and ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and within scope. Serve as the companys brand custodian, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all touchpoints. Requirements: Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in marketing, including leadership roles. Strong expertise in both ATL and BTL marketing. Demonstrated success in building and executing marketing strategies that directly impacted sales and business growth. Experience in managing and motivating cross-functional teams. Strategic thinker with creative flair and hands-on execution capability. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: MBA in Marketing or a related field. Experience in [insert industry, if applicable, e.g., FMCG, Retail, Real Estate, etc.].
