Head of Marketing and Business Development

Job Overview:

We are hiring a Senior Sales Head (Offline Marketing) to lead our sales and branding efforts in the offline market. The right person should come from a similar industry like building materials, interior products, or home décor and must have good experience in handling dealers and distributors.

This role is focused on growing our market reach, managing channel partners, and promoting our brand through physical marketing and sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage dealer/distributor networks across cities or regions.
• Plan and execute offline branding activities like exhibitions, in-store branding, and local promotions.
• Identify and onboard new channel partners to grow sales.
• Build strong relationships with dealers, retailers, architects, and interior designers.
• Lead a field sales team and guide them to achieve targets.
• Regularly visit markets to support dealers and monitor competition.
• Work with the marketing team to align product promotions with market needs.
• Share monthly sales reports, market feedback, and growth ideas with management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12+ years of experience in offline sales and dealer/distributor handling
• Must have managed teams and sales targets successfully
• Strong experience in dealer channel development pan India, especially in the South India region
• Should be from building materials, interiors, architecture products, or similar industry
• Good knowledge of regional markets and channel development
• Strong team leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with regular travel for market visits and dealer meetings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
