Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role, based in South Delhi, for a Head of Communications at Novella. The Head of Communications will oversee all aspects of strategic communications, press releases, internal communications, and corporate communications. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing communication strategies, creating and distributing press releases, managing internal communications campaigns, and ensuring consistent and effective messaging across all platforms. This role involves leading a team, collaborating with other departments, and maintaining media relations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Strategic Communications and Corporate Communications
• Experience in writing and distributing Press Releases
• Strong skills in Communication and Internal Communications
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in South Delhi
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
• Experience in the luxury events or wedding industry is a plus
