Head of Brand

Position: Brand Head

Role Overview:

Responsible for developing and executing brand strategy, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels, and strengthening organizational reputation and visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Management

• Develop and implement brand strategy aligned with company vision and values.
• Maintain consistency across digital, print, events, and internal communications.
• Oversee brand architecture, visual identity, and tone of voice.

Corporate Communications

• Lead internal and external communications (press releases, speeches, newsletters).
• Manage media relations and serve as the point of contact for press.
• Develop and implement crisis communication plans.

Marketing Communications

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
• Ensure message alignment across departments.
• Supervise content for digital platforms (social media, website, blogs).

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and mentor brand, PR, and communication teams.
• Manage agencies and external vendors.
• Set KPIs and evaluate communication effectiveness.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with senior leadership to align brand and business goals.
• Build strong relationships with customers, partners, investors, and employees.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s in Marketing with experience in brand management.
• Proven leadership and team-building capabilities.
• Proficient in digital marketing, media planning, and content strategy.
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
