Roles & Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting

Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders, including management, regulatory authorities, and investors.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Lead the annual budgeting process and develop long-term financial forecasts.
Monitor budget performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.

Cost Control & Optimization:

Implement and monitor cost control measures to ensure efficient resource utilization.
Drive initiatives aimed at optimizing costs while maintaining operational quality.

Internal Controls

Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy.
Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with internal control policies.

Cash Flow Management:

Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring the availability of funds for operations and capital expenditures.
Optimize working capital management, including receivables, payables, and inventory control.

Taxation Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations, including direct and indirect taxes.
Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors to manage tax-related issues and minimize liabilities.

Desired Skills & Qualities:

Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA) with a strong foundation in accounting, financial management, and regulatory compliance. An MBA in Finance or a related field is preferred.
10+ years of experience in financial management, including experience in controlling, budgeting, and reporting roles within large-scale manufacturing or industrial organizations. Proven leadership experience in managing finance teams and driving strategic financial initiatives.
