Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Head of Digital Marketing to lead our digital growth and brand transformation. This role demands strategic thinking, innovation and deep expertise in performance marketing, brand positioning and full-funnel digital integration. The ideal candidate will directly contribute to the company's vision and mission by shaping and executing a holistic digital roadmap that drives business expansion, customer engagement, and long-term brand equity.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and lead the company's overall digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals
Own full-funnel performance marketing including PPC, SEO, display, video, remarketing & programmatic media
Build and guide a high-performing team across content, SEO, media buying, automation & analytics
Spearhead growth hacking strategies, customer acquisition and retention through innovative digital channels
Drive end-to-end campaign planning, execution and optimization across platforms
Leverage tools like Google Analytics, GTM, Google Optimize & CRM systems for actionable insights
Oversee brand storytelling and digital brand positioning for maximum impact and consistency
Align digital initiatives with the companys vision, culture and mission-driven communication
Define and monitor KPIs, ROAS, CAC, CLV and ensure data-driven decision-making
Evaluate new digital trends, technologies and competitive landscape to future-proof strategies
Collaborate with leadership, sales and product teams for cross-functional execution and messaging
Develop automation and personalization workflows for a scalable, performance-led marketing engine
