Head Administration Grade: M4 Experience: 10+ years preferably in industrial administration area Location: Bokaro Qualification: Graduate/ Post-Graduate/ MBA Roles & Responsibilities: Provide strategic direction to industrial administration area to drive operational excellence Lead admin Team and manage day to day operations Supervise and mentor HR administrative staff and manage overall Team performance Work closely with cross functional Teams Negotiating contracts and agreements with the vendors Manage vendors associated with administration area Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements Monitor budget and drive cost efficiency
