Department Company Secretarial Job posted on May 21, 2025 Employment type Executive Role: Lead Company Secretary Location: Delhi Roles & Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with Companies Act, 2013, SEBI (LODR) Regulations, Secretarial Standards and other applicable corporate laws Maintain statutory registers, records, and ensure timely ROC filings and disclosures to stock exchanges Drafting and reviewing corporate documents, disclosures, policies, and ensure adherence to governance frameworks Identifying and implementing global best practices to enhance organizational governance, compliance, and operational efficiency Coordinate and preparation for smooth conduct of Board and Committee Meetings Facilitate Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and postal ballot/e-voting processes Drafting of notices, minutes, and agendas etc Manage shareholder queries, grievances, and coordinate with the Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) Enabling digitalization of processes Collaborating with Legal, Finance, HR, and Compliance teams to ensure cohesive alignment with regulatory and organizational compliance frameworks Eligibility Criteria: 60% throughout in 10th, 12th, Graduation and Post-graduation, without any backlogs at the time of selection and joining No other gap in regular course of studies is allowed except for 1 year gap between 12th & Graduation or Graduation & Post Graduation Regular full time B.Com / M.Com degree All the groups of Executive and Professional Examination cleared in 1st attempt Foundation (if any) should be cleared in 1st attempt Candidates must have obtained the Associate Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India Candidates must have completed all mandatory training before joining Minimum 3 years of experience post completion of articleship Flexible to relocate to Delhi
