Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Service Team Lead at Hyatt Place Aurangabad Airport, located in Mumbai. The Guest Service Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the guest service team, ensuring exceptional customer support and service. Day-to-day tasks include managing guest inquiries, resolving issues, providing guidance to team members, ensuring high-level customer satisfaction, and maintaining smooth operation at the front desk and guest services area.
