Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Guest Relationship Executive. The Guest Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing daily interactions with guests, handling guest inquiries and complaints, coordinating with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. The role involves providing personalized attention to guests, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of issues, and coordinating with various departments to deliver exceptional service.
