Guest Relationship Executive

A Guest Relationship Executive (GRE) focuses on enhancing the guest experience and building lasting relationships with guests, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. They are the primary point of contact for guests, handling inquiries, complaints, and special requests, while also promoting services and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Interaction: Greeting guests, assisting with the clients providing information about the company
• Relationship Building: Proactively engaging with guests, anticipating their needs, and fostering a positive and memorable experience.
• Service Coordination: Coordinating with other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure smooth operations.
• Problem Solving: Addressing and resolving guest issues and complaints, striving for satisfactory outcomes.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of guest interactions, preferences, and special requests to personalize future service.
