About Us : We are an exciting new seafood restaurant located in Panaji, Goa, inspired by the vibrant Goan and Portuguese culinary traditions. Our focus is on using fresh, locally sourced seafood to create unique dishes in a warm, inviting atmosphere. We are looking for a talented Guest Relation Executive to join our team and contribute to our innovative and high-quality Service. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel welcomed and valued. Manage guest reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlists efficiently. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a prompt and courteous manner. Coordinate with the service and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service. Upsell restaurant services, promotions, or special menus. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area. Keep records of guest preferences, feedback, and recurring visits. Monitor and follow up on guest satisfaction during and after the dining experience. Assist with events or VIP guest services as needed. Qualifications: Proven 2Years of experience as a Guest Relation Executive, Host/Hostess, or similar role in hospitality. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and a warm, approachable demeanor. Ability to handle pressure and resolve conflicts calmly. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in using reservation systems and basic computer software (e.g., MS Office). Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. A degree/diploma in hospitality or related field is preferred.
