Role Snapshot

Own demand gen + content that converts. From LinkedIn/email outreach to SEO, case studies, and community resources—you’ll drive brand visibility and qualified leads.

What You’ll Do

• Plan & run multi-channel lead gen (LinkedIn, cold email, partnerships)
• Produce case studies, blogs, landing pages, and email sequences
• Own SEO strategy: keyword research, on-page, content calendar, reporting
• Repurpose wins into short-form posts, carousels, videos, newsletters
• Build community assets (guides, templates, webinars) to attract bigger leads
• Track & optimize performance (pipeline, CTRs, SQLs — not just impressions)

Must-Haves

• 2–4+ years in a digital/creative/web agency growth/marketing role (non-negotiable)
• Proven hands-on experience with outreach/automation + analytics tools (Sales Nav, Apollo/Lemlist, GA, GSC, Ahrefs/Semrush, HubSpot, etc.)
• Strong copywriting & storytelling skills
• Comfortable owning targets and presenting results

Nice-to-Haves

• Webflow familiarity (or past work with a Webflow agency/product)
• Basic design/Figma skills to brief or tweak creatives
