COMPANY OVERVIEW

B.R. Commercials is part of the B.R. Group of companies (more details at https://brgroup.info/). We operate a high-traffic highway petrol pump, which has been the highest selling Jio-BP pump in Chhattisgarh in the last financial year. Parallely, we have also been the Jio-BP’s highest selling fuel delivery partner in all of India. Moreover, we are expanding our business with inclusion of a Food & Beverage centre of well-recognised brands. Currently, Haldiram’s restaurant is in that centre.

We want to grow very fast and the Growth Manager will be critical to our continued success! This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic retail outlet that's at the forefront of the fuel and convenience industry in India.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Growth Manager, you shall be the execution engine for new business initiatives. Your key role would be turning strategy into reality and ensuring projects run at speed and with discipline.

You’ll be handed high leverage growth projects by the Owners or the General Manager. Your role is to set up, operationalise, and stabilise new initiatives until they’re ready to be handed over to long-term teams. While you may be a thinker, as a growth manager, your primary role is that of a doer who can bring order, speed, and structure to new projects.

You’ll work side-by-side with the General Manager, who will support you in problem-solving and resourcing. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves building systems, managing execution timelines, and creating measurable performance..

LOCATION: On-site (Siltara, Raipur)

WORKING HOURS: Monday to Saturday, 10.30 AM to 6.30 PM

SALARY: ₹20,000/month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Project Execution: Take ownership of growth-oriented projects. Launch new services, pilot ideas, and streamline new processes end-to-end.
• Setup & Handover: Build initial workflows, train the team, and systematize the new project until it can run independently without your daily involvement.
• Accelerate Speed: Move quickly while maintaining structure and quality. Push toward sharp execution deadlines.
• Problem-Solving (with GM): Escalate blockers to the General Manager and work with them to resolve challenges.
• Implementation Reporting: Track project progress, share updates, and ensure visibility to leadership.

• You have 1–3 years of experience in project implementation, operations, or business growth roles.
• You thrive in fast-paced environments and don’t wait for instructions to act.
• You are obsessed with timelines and structure - excel sheets, checklists, and dashboards excite you.
• You’re confident in leading people and aligning different departments.
