Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. Data Analytics: Use data analytics to identify trends, make data-driven decisions, and measure the impact of HR initiatives. QUALIFICATION & CERTIFICATIONS: Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree (Optional): A bachelor's degree or a master's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field (MBA preferred). Experience : 4-5+ years of relevant experience as a Human Resource Business Partner Certifications: Certification or Diploma in Human Resource Management like SHRM, PHR will be desirable.
