Identify risks and opportunities in the respective factory location and put in place plans to mitigate the same. 4. Drive initiatives to motivate bargainable employees: Identify and implement welfare activities including sports for blue collar workers in line with organizational guidelines Organize regular Reward & Recognition functions like the long service awards Plan and organize various family events or departmental picnics.
