Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner Shift: Late Evening Shift ( 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM IST) Location: Nahur - West, Mumbai Experience: Minimum 6 years in HR Education: Graduate (MBA in HR preferred) Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to manage end-to-end HR functions while working closely with stakeholders across teams. This role demands strategic HR partnership, operational execution, and employee engagement excellence during the late evening shift to support global or regional teams. Role & responsibilities Serve as the primary HR point of contact for assigned business units. Handle the entire employee lifecycle: recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, engagement, learning & development, and exit processes. Partner with business leaders to understand talent needs and deliver HR solutions aligned with business goals. Manage HR operations including documentation, compliance, attendance, and HRIS updates. Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and support team motivation strategies. Provide guidance on HR policies, grievance handling, and conflict resolution. Work closely with leadership to drive culture, inclusion, and retention strategies. Generate reports and insights for HR metrics and dashboards. Ensure timely and smooth communication with stakeholders during the evening shift hours.. Preferred candidate profile Graduate in any discipline; MBA in HR or related field preferred. Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in HR with exposure to the entire HR spectrum. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Hands-on experience in HR systems and MS Office. Comfortable working in late evening shifts to align with overseas teams/stakeholders. Preferred Skills: Proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive initiatives with minimal supervision. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. Exposure to global HR practices is a plus.
