Social Sailor Social Sailor is a creative events company that curates and hosts over 100+ boutique art and social experiences across India. We are the official PAN-India partners with Social, one of India’s largest F&B chains, and our events are hosted at their iconic venues in Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad, and other top cities—consistently drawing high engagement and footfalls.

What We Do:

We specialize in three key event formats:Art Meetups – Resin Art, Fluid Art, Texture Painting, Canvas Painting & morePottery Dates – Interactive clay sessions with expert instructorsSocial Meetups – Curated non-dating gatherings for authentic human connection Our events are led by professional hosts and trained volunteers who deliver a seamless and memorable experience every time.As a Graphic Designer at Social Sailor, you will play a key role in shaping our brand’s visual storytelling. You’ll work closely with the marketing, content, and events teams to create compelling designs that capture attention, communicate clearly, and align with the Social Sailor vibe.

Key Responsibilities

Design digital creatives for social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Develop event banners, posters, and flyers for online and offline promotions
Create engaging visual assets for email campaigns, landing pages, and merchandise
Collaborate with content and event teams to ensure cohesive brand aesthetics
Edit short-form reels and videos (basic-level editing) for social platforms
Maintain and evolve our brand identity across all design touchpoints
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously under tight deadlines

Requirements

1–2 years of design experience (internships/freelance also count)
Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
Good sense of layout, typography, colors, and design trends
Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro/After Effects/Canva Reels Editor preferred)
Ability to think creatively while staying true to brand guidelines
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative design work
