This role is integral in shaping our visual identity through packaging, digital content, and marketing creatives.𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀  • 𝗣𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗟𝗮𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 - Design high-quality packaging and labels that align with brand standards and effectively communicate product benefits. • 𝗪𝗲𝗯𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲 & 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 - Develop web banners, homepage graphics, and digital elements in coordination with our web and marketing teams.  • 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗵𝗶𝗰𝘀 & 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 - Create data-driven visuals and infographics for product education and brand storytelling.  • 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹𝘀 - Design brochures, flyers, event creatives, email templates, and social media graphics for marketing campaigns.  • 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 - Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all visual content.  • 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 - Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to understand design needs and contribute to brainstorming sessions.  • 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 - Stay updated with design trends, techniques, and tools to maintain a modern and appealing brand identity.𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.  • Proficient in 𝗔𝗱𝗼𝗯𝗲 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗲 (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗗𝗥𝗔𝗪, and 𝗙𝗶𝗴𝗺𝗮.  • A strong portfolio with demonstrated experience in packaging, branding, web creatives, and infographics.  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿  • A collaborative, growth-oriented work culture.  • Opportunities to innovate and take ownership of creative projects.  • Competitive salary and benefits.  • A chance to be part of a brand redefining clean, conscious beauty.Ready to bring ideas to life through design?
