What will you own
You will be the first communications design hire at Pice, responsible for crafting and executing the creative expression of our business-focused product launches (App, Web, Credit) Working closely with product, marketing, and founders, you will define how we present, package, and sell our products to Indian SMEs across digital and offline channels, This role is ideal for someone who understands design as a storytelling tool, loves thinking about product-market resonance, and has the ability to convert GTM ideas into high-impact visual communication, Skills & Qualifications Required 3-6 years of experience in a communications, brand or marketing design role, Demonstrated ability to work on product/feature launches and multi-channel campaigns, Strong portfolio of work across digital (web, ads, app banners, emailers) and offline (hoardings, flyers, brochures) channels, Experience building and managing brand systems & guideline (typography, color, tone, etc), Familiarity with fintech or SME-facing brands is a plus, Excellent collaboration and cross-functional communication skills, Comfortable working in a fast-paced, 0-to-1 product environment, Tools Adobe creative suite (photoshop, illustrator, after effects), figma, product marketing animations, mid-journey, DALL-E Roles & Responsibilities Own the visual identity and communication design for new product launches (App, Credit, Payments), Design multi-channel GTM creatives including: Website & landing pages Social & paid media ads Product onboarding journeys WhatsApp/email templates On-platform UI bannersOffline materials (flyers, hoardings, brochures) Collaborate with product and marketing to define positioning and messaging frameworks, Set a high bar for visual storytelling and design systems that scale with ourbrand, Test and iterate on campaign creatives based on SME feedback andengagement data, Shape a brand that feels trustworthy, aspirational, and distinctly Indian Show
