Key Responsibilities:

Design visually appealing marketing and branding materials including:

Interior project portfolios

Product brochures, catalogs, and flyers

Social media creatives, ads, and digital banners

Event backdrops and in-store branding assets

Support the interior design team by preparing mood boards, presentations, layout proposals, and sample visuals.

Create engaging content that aligns with Radon's identity and reflects the quality of our interior solutions.

Design creatives for web usage – landing pages, banners, e-mailers, and WhatsApp creatives.

Ensure consistency in visual branding across all communication channels.

Work closely with the marketing, sales, and design teams to understand project needs and deliver timely results.

Manage and maintain a well-organized library of design assets, project files, and templates.

Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and techniques relevant to interior and lifestyle branding.

Requirements:

1–3 years of professional experience in graphic design (experience in interior or real estate industry preferred).

Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Corel DRAW, Canva (Figma is a plus).

Ability to visualize space, design elements, and spatial presentations.

Excellent understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.

Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Good communication skills and team spirit.

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
