Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Website Overhaul
– Redesign and modernize the websites to improve UI/UX, SEO, performance, and visual appeal. Candidate should be able to work independently or with minimal supervision.
Graphic Designing
– Design creatives for digital marketing, branding, presentations, and other campaigns.
Video & Reel Creation
– Create short-form video content and reels for product showcases, social media, and brand storytelling.
Content Creation & Writing
– Generate compelling content for websites, social media, blogs, and marketing campaigns.
Ad, Newsletter & Email Template Design
– Design attractive ad creatives, emailers, and newsletter templates (responsive and on-brand).

Required Skills & Tools:

Website Design Platforms: Webflow, WordPress, or similar CMS
Design Tools: Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.)
SEO basics and mobile-first design principles
Strong creative and communication skills
Creative professional designing

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
2-4 years in similar roles in good advertisement company
Experience in healthcare, tech, or B2B industries is a plus
Proven portfolio of website redesign or creative projects
Portfolio of work
