Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Art, or a related field. 1-2 years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio. Proficiency in design software and technologies such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Keen eye for aesthetics and details, ensuring top-quality design output. Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines. Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts and rationales. Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously. A passion for design and a drive for innovation in visual communication. Responsibilities: Conceptualize and create intuitive, engaging, and brand-consistent designs for various media, including websites, social media, print ads, email campaigns, and corporate collateral. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project scopes and objectives. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas. Translate project requirements into compelling visual concepts that align with brand messaging and resonate with target audiences. Ensure consistency in design across all marketing channels while maintaining brand identity. Manage multiple design projects from concept through completion under tight deadlines. Stay updated on the latest design trends, technologies, and social media developments, and introduce new approaches as needed. Select appropriate photos, graphics, and other visual elements for use in projects. Review final productions for errors and ensure print and digital materials meet specifications.
