Google Ads Specialist

We are seeking a Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in running performance-driven campaigns and driving qualified traffic and convers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Shopping).
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
• Write compelling ad copy and optimize ad extensions.
• Set up conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics (CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, ROAS).
• Create and implement A/B testing strategies for ads and landing pages.
• Analyze data and prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, features, and algorithm changes in Google Ads.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping)
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
• Strong understanding of performance marketing KPIs
• Ability to create, manage, and scale campaigns with a results-driven approach
• Familiarity with tools like SEMRush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, or Keyword Planner (optional)
• Good communication skills and attention to detail

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 1–3 years of hands-on Google Ads experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.71 per month
