As a Google Ads - Trainee, your primary role is to support the Google Ads campaigns of our clients to help them achieve their marketing objectives. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who have a keen interest in digital marketing and are eager to enhance their skills and knowledge in this field. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the development, supervision, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns. You will be involved in conducting keyword research to identify relevant keywords for the campaigns, crafting persuasive ad copy, and creating engaging ad creatives. Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance to make data-driven adjustments for better outcomes will also be part of your duties. Generating regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights, and recommendations will be essential in your role. It is crucial for you to stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in Google Ads and digital marketing. Collaborating with the marketing team to align campaigns with overall marketing strategies and supporting in managing budgets to ensure effective allocation of ad spend are key aspects of this position. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Possessing a certification in Digital Marketing from a reputable institution or college is also required. A basic understanding of Google Ads and digital marketing concepts is essential. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and the ability to work well in a team are important attributes for this position.
