Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales And Marketing Specialist based in Bokaro. The Sales And Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, conducting sales training, and overseeing sales management. The role involves daily interaction with clients, analyzing market trends, and contributing to the overall growth of the hospital's services.

Qualifications

• Experience and expertise in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to conduct Training sessions
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans
• Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and practices is a plus
