Provide onboarding and trainings for 2nd level support Major Accountabilities Ensures that all supporting components of the service, including any associated SLAs, OLAs and UCs are aligned and managed as an integrated service. Monitors, reviews and reports performance against the SLA/OLA service and/or portfolio. Implementation and post-installation responsibilities include technical consulting to user community and providing solutions to software problems. Support and be responsible for defined system administration activities on an allocated/defined system or environment. Support and improve system environment and services (sizing).
