The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients requiring surgical interventions, performing surgeries with precision and care, and managing pre- and post-operative care. Key Responsibilities: Perform a wide range of general surgical procedures in a safe and effective manner. Conduct patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop appropriate surgical treatment plans. Collaborate with anesthesiologists, nurses, and other medical professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Provide post-operative care and follow-up consultations to monitor recovery. Maintain accurate medical records and comply with hospital policies and medical ethics. Handle emergency surgeries as needed. Educate patients and their families about conditions, treatments, and post-surgical care. Requirements: MBBS and MS (General Surgery) from a recognized institution. Valid medical license and registration with MCI or State Medical Council. Strong clinical, diagnostic, and surgical skills. Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient care abilities. Willingness to relocate to or reside in Hardoi. Preferred Skills: Ability to work under pressure and in emergency situations. Familiarity with the latest surgical techniques and technologies.
