Bid and Tender Management: Monitoring and analyzing daily bidding opportunities. Preparing, submitting, and following up on bids and tenders. Product Listing & Catalog Management: Uploading products with accurate specifications and images. Ensuring timely renewal and documentation compliance. Order Processing & Execution: Handling post-order processes like dispatch, billing, and payment follow-ups. Vendor Assessment & Relationship Management: Liaising with procurement officers in government departments. Building and maintaining relationships with government entities. Compliance & Documentation: Maintaining MIS and documentation related to GeM transactions and contracts. Ensuring compliance with GeM guidelines.
