Job Title: Plant Quality Supervisor (Plant Doctor) 🪴 Location: Dhruv Tree Estate, Lucknow --- 🧑‍🌾 About the Role: We are looking for a passionate, knowledgeable, and proactive Plant Quality Supervisor to lead the health, appearance, and care standards of all plants at our nursery. This is not just a labour management role — it’s a plant-centric leadership role. You’ll act as the ‘Plant Doctor’ of the nursery, ensuring every plant is healthy, pest-free, beautifully maintained, and sale-ready. If you love plants and want to take full charge of their health & presentation — this is your place. --- 📋 Key Responsibilities: 🌿 Plant Health Monitoring Daily check-up of all kyaris/zones Identify pest attacks, fungal issues, watering mistakes Create treatment plans using supplements, fungicides, neem, etc. 🪴 Plant Quality & Display Management Ensure plants are cleaned, pruned, properly placed Approve which plants are ready for sale Guide display rotation for freshness 👨‍🏫 Team Guidance Instruct and supervise workers (watering, potting, pruning) Train team on proper handling, cleaning, and care Monitor soil mix quality, repotting work 🔄 Reporting & Movement Tracking Log plant movements (stock to retail), treatments applied, and tasks completed Raise alerts for plants that need special care or removal 🧪 SPFH Oversight Manage pesticide/fungicide/supplement schedule Decide when and where to apply based on real plant conditions --- ✅ Ideal Candidate Should Have: Minimum 3–5 years nursery, farm, or greenhouse experience Strong practical knowledge of plant diseases, pests, and treatment Familiarity with indoor, outdoor, flowering, succulent, and climber plants Experience in potting, repotting, pruning, soil mixing Fluent in Hindi; Basic professional English is a plus Leadership skills – should be able to guide & correct workers Honest, self-motivated, plant-obsessed --- 💰 Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on skill & past experience) Performance bonus for zero-issue plant health, customer satisfaction, and improved nursery quality Live-in facility can be arranged if needed
