Currently, we are looking for a

Fusion HCM Functional Recruitment Lead

to join our

team.

  • Lead the full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud (ORC), from initial requirements gathering and solution design to configuration, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.
  • We need someone with proven functional consulting experience as a lead in multiple end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, with a strong focus on Recruiting.
  • Gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements for recruitment processes, including job requisition creation, candidate sourcing, application management, screening, interview scheduling, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Perform fit-gap analysis and translate findings into robust ORC solutions.
  • Must possess exceptional business analysis skills and the ability to articulate both functional and technical aspects of recruiting.
  • Configure and customize Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud (ORC) modules, including job requisitions, candidate pools, career sites, assessments, interview feedback forms, offer templates, notifications, and integration with other HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Absence, Benefits).
  • Deep expertise in ORC administration and configuration is essential.
  • Design and manage integrations between ORC and external systems such as background check vendors, assessment tools, and third-party job boards.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans (unit, integration, UAT) to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and user-friendliness of the recruitment processes within ORC.
  • Must have a solid understanding of testing methodologies specific to HCM.
  • Provide expert guidance and leadership during all project phases, including facilitating workshops, delivering engaging training sessions to HR and recruiting teams, supporting go-live activities, and offering ongoing production support.
  • Must have strong client-facing and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate complex HCM concepts effectively.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including HR stakeholders, IT, other functional consultants (e.g., Core HR, Payroll), and technical developers to ensure seamless integration and a holistic HCM solution.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex ORC-related issues, optimizing recruitment workflows and addressing data quality challenges within the system.
  • Maintain comprehensive functional documentation, including design documents, configuration guides, and user training materials.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Oracle Fusion HCM releases, features, and industry best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment technology.
  • A Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is essential.
  • Relevant Oracle Fusion HCM or Recruiting Cloud certifications are a significant plus.
