Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Functional Consultant with 2 to 7 years of experience to join our team in the IT Services & Consulting industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in functional consulting and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement functional solutions.
Analyze business requirements and develop effective solutions using functional expertise.
Provide training and support to end-users on implemented solutions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for functional solutions.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with functional implementations.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in functional consulting or a related field.
Strong understanding of functional principles and methodologies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Experience working with Wipro Limited is an added advantage.
