Full Stack Lead

As a Technical Leader & Developer, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of scalable backend services and responsive front-end applications. Your role will involve overseeing the full development lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment. You will make architectural decisions and ensure code quality through reviews and best practices. Additionally, you will design and implement RESTful APIs and collaborate with a team of developers. In this role, you will manage and mentor a team of developers, conduct regular 1:1s, technical upskilling sessions, and provide performance feedback. Collaboration with product managers, designers, QA, and DevOps teams will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You will participate in sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives to ensure the successful delivery of project milestones. As the owner of the technical roadmap, you will be accountable for ensuring the timely delivery of project milestones. Troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical challenges will be part of your daily tasks. You will also be expected to continuously improve development processes and CI/CD practices to enhance overall efficiency and productivity.
