Full Stack Lead

As a Full Stack Lead at Wybe Technologies, you will play a crucial role in driving the design and development of robust web applications using modern technologies. You will lead a talented team of developers, guiding them through complex technical decisions and fostering a culture of technical excellence. You will architect solutions, design modern and intuitive user interfaces with a strong UI/UX focus, implement CI/CD pipelines, and write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Collaboration with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders will be key, as well as mentoring junior developers. To excel in this role, you should have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, with leadership responsibilities. Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, and SQL Server is essential, along with a deep understanding of Azure DevOps, pipelines, and cloud deployment workflows. A strong sense of creative UI/UX design, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment are also important. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or MCA, is required for this position. Knowledge of Python and an interest in working on AI projects are considered a big plus.
