What You’ll Be Doing

• Build full-stack features across Bearish OS (Chat, Video, HR, Calendar, Docs, etc.)
• Rapidly iterate on frontend UI with pixel-perfect components.
• Write clean backend APIs, database queries, and job queues with strong error handling.
• Collaborate with founders, designers, and other engineers — and

  actually own
