📍 OnSite ( Hyderabad, India ) | 🧠 Fluent in AI Tools | 🌀 Must handle emotional bugs and functional ones About the Role We’re WTMF – What’s The Matter, Friend? – an emotionally intelligent AI chatbot built for the 2:43 AM overthinker. We’re not fixing people. We’re staying with them. And to do that, we need someone who can build fast, break gently, and make sure our bot doesn’t spiral before our users do. We're looking for a full stack dev with 2–3 years of real-world experience , who knows how to ship, use AI tools like Cursor to move fast (and clean), and isn’t afraid of a few feelings in their Figma files. What You’ll Do Own and build core WTMF features across frontend (Next.js/React) and backend (Node/Express/Firebase/supabase—we’re flexible, not chaotic) Integrate emotional intelligence flows with LLM APIs like OpenAI/Grok Translate raw late-night founder rambles into clean commits Use AI tools (like Cursor, Copilot, Notion AI) to code faster and smarter Work with designers who say things like “can we make this feel like a safe hug?” and mean it Help us build a scalable, privacy-first, emotionally present infrastructure You Should Apply If You… Have 2–3 years of full stack experience (React/Next.js + APIs/DBs) Use AI tools like Cursor and Copilot like they’re your co-pilot, not a crutch Care about how things feel , not just how they function Can work async but also vibe on the group call once in a while Can balance sprints with soft edges Bonus Points If You...
