Role Description

The AFC function performs a critical role in keeping Deutsche Banks business operations as well as the global financial services clean from financial crime while serving the interests of the bank and the society at large. Deutsche Bank benefits from having a highly experienced and dedicated AFC function that helps the bank in taking care of future challenges in fighting financial crime. We use state of the art technology such as Java, Angular, Spring book, GraphQL, Microservices, Spark, Camel, Docker, Sonar, Bitbucket to support various business functions.

Deutsche Bank in Pune is looking for full-time UI developer who is responsible forcreating interactive programs that enhance a customer's experience with a brand and facilitate an enjoyable experience on the business's website. UI developer also need to have a working understanding of coding and transfer the brand's strength through the interface of a product.

Your key responsibilities

Write high-quality code with reusability and refactoring in mind. Use test driven development.

Define and evolve the architecture of the components you are working on. Contribute to architectural decisions at a department and bank-wide level.

Exposure to performance analysis and improvement.

Help your team build, test and release software with the short lead times and a minimum of waste. Work to develop and maintain a highly automated Continuous Delivery pipeline.

Work as part of a delivery team, collaborating with others to understand requirements, analyses and refine stories, design solutions, implement them, test them, and support them in production.

Help create a culture of learning and continuous improvement within your team and beyond.

Additional responsibilities of this role are:

Work as part of a delivery lead, collaborating with others to understand requirements, analyses and refine stories, design solutions, implement them, test them, and support them in production.

Design and develop excellent, ergonomic, and understandable user interfaces. Work closely with users to gain feedback and ensure they are fit for purpose.

Ensure that the software you build is reliable and easy to support in production. Be prepared to take your turn on call providing 3rd line support when its needed.

Your skills and experience
As a Fullstack Developer, your skills should include:
Common Knowledge:

Have extensively worked on Angular, creating shared libraries, common components etc. Hands-on development experience is must.

Knowledge of UI architectural design patterns, layout structures like Monorepo.

Extensive experience of JavaScript, Typescript, HTML5, CSS, Redux, Bootstrap, Angular or React and Wiremock etc.

Hands on experience on Java/J2EE (JAVA 8 and above), Spring Boot, Spring Boot Rest, Spring Boot Data

JDBC, Graphql, SQL, Oracle and PL/SQL Procedure.

In-depth understanding of Rest API design, development and deployment

Working knowledge of CICD and Openshift, , Kubernetes, Jenkins, Shell Script

Package manager for Kubernetes/Openshift - Helm or Kubernetes native yaml.

Able to guide junior developers in coding, designing and other development activities

Experience working in an agile team, practicing Scrum, Kanban

Knowledge gained in Financial Services environments, for example compliance, trade lifecycles, regulation, risk, financial reporting will be a plus.

A background in creating high-quality web-based user interfaces. An understanding of how to ensure these interfaces are easy to navigate, linkable, responsive and accessible.

Practical experience of delivering good quality code within enterprise scale development

Excellent communication and experience in stakeholder management. Ability to prioritize the tasks and work in an efficient way in the planned release timelines.

Deployment - Automation & CI ExperienceGIT, Maven, Artifactory, Jenkins

As an Architect:

Excellent understanding of technologies as under:

In-depth understanding of GCP / Preferably GCP certified

Hadoop and Big data, Spark

Hadoop equivalent and available data processing options on GCP

Java Microservice and API design patterns

Datawarehouse design principles (Should have designed and managed big size databased like PRG 50 TB)

Candidate should have opinion and views on everything in IT world.
