Role Overview :

We’re seeking a highly experienced Frontend Lead to architect and guide the development of scalable, modular web applications. This role demands deep expertise in React, Redux, and Microfrontend patterns, along with a passion for clean code, performance optimization, and team mentorship.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and implementation of Microfrontend architecture for large-scale applications
• Develop and maintain complex UI components using ReactJS, Redux, and TypeScript
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences
• Define and enforce front-end coding standards, architecture patterns, and best practices
• Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and foster a high-performance engineering culture
• Optimize applications for speed, responsiveness, and accessibility
• Drive adoption of modern tooling (e.g., Webpack Module Federation, Nx, Monorepos)

Required Skills :

• 10+ years of frontend development experience
• Strong command of ReactJS, Redux, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Proven experience with Microfrontend frameworks (e.g., Module Federation, Single-SPA)
• Solid understanding of component-based architecture, state management, and shared libraries
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
