Front Office Associate

• Greeting and Welcoming: Providing a warm and friendly first impression upon arrival.
• Check-in/Check-out: Efficiently processing guest arrivals and departures, including room assignments.
• Reservation Management: Handling reservations, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring accuracy.
• Information Provision: Answering guest inquiries about hotel services, amenities, local attractions, and directions.
• Handling Requests and Complaints: Addressing guest needs, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems as needed.
• Concierge Services: Assisting with luggage handling, transportation, restaurant reservations, and other guest requests.

Administrative & Operational Tasks:

• Payment Processing: Handling cash, credit card, and other payment methods, and providing receipts.
• Cash Handling: Managing cash drawers, balancing transactions, and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Room Key Management: Issuing and tracking room keys, ensuring security protocols are followed.
• Maintaining Records: Updating guest information, reservations, and other relevant data in the hotel's system.
• Liaising with Other Departments: Coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other teams to fulfill guest needs.
• Monitoring Security: Keeping a watchful eye on the lobby and front desk area to ensure guest safety and security.
• Maintaining a Tidy Workspace: Ensuring the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
